Kyrgyzstan Slideshow Presentation
Alex,
Selene & Yara Cole of Little Foot Yurts recently visited Kyrgyzstan
where they trained with traditional yurt and felt masters and lived with
nomadic herders. Join them as they re-tell their story through a slideshow
presentation and showcase Kyrgyz handicrafts.
When: Wednesday, December 8, 6-8:30 pm

No charge, snacks provided, bring the whole family as childcare
will be available!

Yurt Building Workshops
Join Little Foot Yurts; makers of traditional style yurts and learn how to build your own yurt – a low impact, affordable, shelter originating from Central Asia.
When: January 21-23 AND January 28-30, 2011
Where: 1459 White Rock Rd, Wolfville, Nova Scotia
Cost: $290 plus tax, Includes workshop fee, yurt camping,
gourmet local & organic vegetarian food, and a yurt zine.
